Casement windows provide a visually pleasing window that is fully sculptured both inside and out.
Elmhurst Casement Windows
Available as a top hung or side hung opener with a 70mm front to back dimension. All casement windows are internally glazed, fully welded and re-inforced and double-glazed with 28mm sealed units as standard.
All Elmhurst windows achieve a minimum of a C-rating for energy efficiency, complying with the current Building Regulations and FENSA. All side opening casements are fitted with a 90 degree fire egress/easyclean hinge in all habitable rooms upstairs. Casement windows are fitted with an integral night vent locking facility, allowing the window to be opened for ventilation but locked securely. All have key operated locking handles with different colours to choose from.
