Yes. We can fit easy clean hinges to side opening windows and as the name suggests, this type of hinge provides access to both faces of the window so that cleaning is easy and hassle free whilst providing the safety benefits of a fire egress hinge, enabling the window to open to 90 degrees for a fire escape. This type of hinge is a particularly well suited option for properties where the outside of the window is hard to reach.

Window handles are available in a range of colours so that you can achieve your desired look.

In 2004 Window Energy Ratings (WER) were introduced by the British Fenestration Ratings Council (BFRC) in order to simplify the method of comparing the energy efficiency of windows. The energy rating of windows, described as a letter from A (best) to G (worst), is determined by the amount of energy the product will either lose or supply to the property over the course of the year We are proud to say that our energy efficient windows are all BRFC approved and capable of achieving an A Rating, the highest level of energy efficiency. Choosing energy efficient windows to replace single glazed or older double glazing saves energy from day one. In fact replacing the windows alone could reduce your heating costs by up to 20% .

Choose from a wide range of colours to best complement your property and indulge your personal taste.

Yes. Double or triple glazed windows are designed to reduce the loss of heat from a room by conduction, from the inside to the outside of a building. As a result, the likelihood of condensation occurring when warm, moist air in the room comes in contact with the glass is reduced. Incidentally, since we have been installing the most energy efficient double glazing, customers have been ringing us with a concern, that in the morning, their replacement windows are showing signs of condensation - on the outside panes! Not to panic, this is a really positive sign that the double glazing is working efficiently. This natural phenomenon is caused by the outer pane being much colder than in the older PVCu systems and with more heat remaining inside, the result is external condensation, which, if it does occur, will only last a couple of hours.
